Academic Achievements

Legae has a long, proud record of delivering exceptional academic results. Our Primary School Leaving Certificate (P.S.L.E.) results continue to be majority ‘A’ pass rate. If children cannot cope in their classes, they are provided with coaching and remedial teaching, failing which, they can repeat the class. All children sit the final school-leaving examinations, and are not ‘held back.’

With over 2 decades of educating Children of the Nation, Legae can proudly state that we are a strong contributor in the Vision 2016. Thousands of Children have passed through our educational process, and we are HAPPY to reflect on the development and life achievements of Children educated by Legae.

Among our graduates are Children, now grown up into “Adults,” holding professional positions in Society both in Botswana and abroad. Our graduates are also skilled in trades and crafts, and we are proud to have one of the most prominent Artists in Botswana come from Legae. We have also seen our graduates emerge as Entrepreneurs, and contribute to employment creation and development of the Nation.

Throughout our years of operating, Legae has proven its commitment in excellence in delivery of world-class academic results to its Students.

In the past 10 (ten) years, Legae has not had a single failure of the P.S.L.E. In the past 3 (three) years, all our Children have obtained grades ‘A’ and ‘B; for the national school-leaving exam, with the majority of Children obtaining the grade of “A.”

We attained our best results in 2007 and it was the first time students wrote exams in seven subjects. From 85 students we achieved 100% quality pass rate, 65 students (76%) obtained Grade A, out of which 31% were straight A's and 24% obtained grade B.
